Done cleaning up my desk but left a ton of messy papers on the floor though. I don't know where to put them yet.. Hmm.
But let's get to that ambiguous tale shall we?
But let's get to that ambiguous tale shall we?
Tonight I'm reading this book I bought several months ago. I've read a couple of pages back then which I never really took seriously so I really have no idea what's really in it yet. I have to start over geesh!. The reason I bought it though, the title looks intriguing (isn't it?), and I like the word AMBIGUITY that's why haha.
The title of the book is, Seven Types of Ambiguity, written by Elliot Perlman. And it's really a super thick book. I'm wondering myself if I can finish this one in one debacle. I doubt it.
Here's my thoughts about Part 1 . 1
- One of the characters, named Simon is so obsessed with poetry, that made me interested to know the reason why.
- Still, as poetry is implied with the benefit of such necessary obsession--I can say, in my own poetic misadventures in recent times--the emphasis on obsession has some what at a dim peculiarity. As for me, music or stories from series & movies somehow helps me and get me inspired in writing. But I'll admit I'm a sucker for tragedies that the theme of tragic love endings can whisk away my rambled wordings. Pain in tragedies that was my obsession.
Disclaimer: So what's your obsession? This is mine. What's yours?
